Polls

Published polls of Illinois voters, on races and on issues. Only pollsters that disclose their methods to the American Association for Public Opinion Research’s Transparency Initiative, or university polling centers, and only polls whose release states who was asked, how many, how, when and the exact question.

A poll is a snapshot of the people asked, within its margin of error, not a forecast. This page shows each poll as published: no averages, no “leads by”, no predictions. Polls paid for by a campaign, party, PAC or advocacy group are included and say so first.
